Welcome to my homepage. I am Takashi Kuramoto, Professor of Laboratory of Animal Nutrition, Department of Animal Science, Faculty of Agriculture, Tokyo University of Agriculture. In my lab, we work on various domestic animals, including rat, cattle, pig, ostrich,  chicken, and quail.
